JSR

About the association

Built so Jamaican drivers get a real shot.

JSR exists because talent on this island has never been the problem — access has. Simulators close that gap, and we run them at a competitive standard.

Our mission

Turn seat time into careers, and careers into national representation.

Real-world motorsport is expensive and, for most Jamaicans, effectively closed. Simulation racing removes the cost of a car, a truck and a test day, while keeping everything that actually makes a racing driver: braking precision, tyre feel, strategy and composure under pressure.

The association runs three championships, a coaching programme on professional direct-drive rigs, and open sessions for anyone curious enough to sit down and try. Around that we've built a broadcast, a stewards' process and a driver ranking that means something.

As the national body for sim racing, JSR coordinates Jamaica's selection for the FIA Motorsport Games esports discipline and works with regional organisers so our drivers race outside the island, not just against each other.

What we stand on

Competition first

Written sporting regulations, a stewards' panel and broadcast race nights. If it counts toward a championship, it is run properly.

Development, not gatekeeping

Free league entry, coached rookie sessions and a junior programme. Talent in Jamaica should never be priced out of motorsport.

Representing Jamaica

We coordinate the national sim racing selection and put Jamaican drivers in front of international officials and teams.
